Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • To start a return, please contact us at help@outposh.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or design, please request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in unused condition.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within the next 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.


How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship your item using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
