Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at help@outposh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or design, please request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in unused condition.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within the next 1-2 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
